Pete Findley

CEO

Prior to his appointment as CEO in January of 2023, Pete spent 20 years in the Digital Publishing and Education Technology industries. He lead the digital publishing, television production, and instructional company, All In Media. Prior, Pete founded and was the CEO of Giant Campus, an online digital learning entity focusing on K12, higher education, and military markets.  Purchased by private equity firm KKR (NYSE:KKR)  and now called Imagine Learning, it has grown to become one of the largest education companies in the world. Pete has served on numerous non-profit and corporate boards and achievements include Washington State Entrepreneur of the Year, as well as Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year. Pete is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Business. 

Ted Lachinski

President/CTO

A Marine Corps Aerial Navigator and founder of Geospan, Ted has served as Geospan’s President and Board Director since the company’s inception in June 1990. He is a pioneer in the geospatial information industry and the primary inventor of multiple geospatial patents including Patent 5,633,946 which is the basis for surveying and mapping from a moving platform. Prior to founding Geospan, Ted served as a VP of Technology for UltiMap Corporation. Prior to that he was the Systems and Data Processing Manager for Hennepin County MN where he was chief architect of their geographic information system known as UltiMap. Ted attended the University of Minnesota.

Rob Thomas

VP of Operations:

Rob possess a Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles and analytical problem-solving skills. His Ability to set operations strategy and drive process improvement has been the lynchpin in his career for twenty years. As an entrepreneur and angel investor, he has challenged the status quo. Notably, he served as a seed investor and consultant with ExactTarget, a venture that achieved a remarkable $2.3 billion acquisition exit. Robs substantial list of achievements include Producer for "God Bless the Child," a critically acclaimed and award-winning film. Rob attended the University of Puget Sound.

Sean Hendrickson

Sean Hendrickson, VP of Sales: For over two decades, Sean’s passion has been enabling growth through partnerships and strategic alliances. He has a proven track record penetrating new markets and managing partner relationships as demonstrated by nearly 100 Million dollars in direct revenue in the digital space. Sean was previously the National Account Executive for KBMax CPQ and FPX CPQ (now Epicor CPQ). Prior to that he was Business Manager for Digital River overseeing the Microsoft relationship, and Senior Strategist of Global Marketing. Sean graduated from University of Minnesota and has an EMBA from the Carlson School of Business.

Jennifer Morgan

Jennifer Morgan,
VP of Products:

has over 25 years in digital transformation and corporate operations. Her focus is on customer experience and is at the heart of the products and solutions she creates. She ensures product delivery and exceeds goals by driving digital enablement, design thinking, content creation, and development. Prior to her role at Geospan, Jenn served as VP of UX Design Operations at US Bank. During her time there, she led the creation of a corporate-wide design system and contributing to the successful launch of new online applications. Jenn is an active member of the Minneapolis Interactive Marketing Association, and the COMPASS mentoring program. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

Mark Livingston

Acting CFO:

Mark is a financial executive and CPA with a strategic mindset. Spanning over 40 years across multiple industries, he has been CEO of Motels of America, Road Runner Sports, Price Quest and Prima Pharma. He has been an executive at Danco Laboratories and co-founded its predecessor entity Sorrento Biochemical. Mark is serving as CFO of Geospan until late 2023, where he will pivot into a strategic role once his successor has transitioned.
