Geospan Appoints Josh Hedlund to Board of Directors

Josh is a multifamily business development leader at PCS Residential, where he collaborates with property managers, association boards, brokers, and ownership groups to support complex exterior restoration and insurance-related construction projects.

He brings extensive leadership experience across the construction, real estate, development, and property operations sectors. Over the course of his career, Josh has held leadership, advisory, and operational roles supporting technology-enabled property assessment, real estate transactions, and large-scale building projects. This diverse background enables him to contribute both strategic perspective and practical, on-the-ground insight when evaluating decisions that impact multifamily and commercial assets.

Active throughout the Minnesota real estate community, Josh regularly works alongside property management firms, apartment brokers, and commercial investment professionals. His collaborative approach and deep understanding of the full property lifecycle – from evaluation and planning through execution – make him a strong addition to the board.
