Geospan Appoints Harsha P. Wijesiri to Board of Directors

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — June 2, 2026 – Geospan is pleased to announce that Harsha P. Wijesiri has joined the company’s Board of Directors.

Harsha brings more than 27 years of leadership experience in the civil engineering industry. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing organizations, driven strategic growth initiatives, and overseen large-scale engineering and operational projects across multiple states.

Most recently, Harsha served as Senior Vice President at PRIME AE, where he led a team of more than 70 employees across six locations in Ohio and Kentucky. In this role, he worked closely with executive leadership to drive growth strategies, evaluate acquisition opportunities, and oversee financial forecasting and operational performance across transportation and municipal divisions.

Prior to PRIME AE, Harsha founded and led Integrated Engineering, PLLC, a multidisciplinary survey and civil engineering firm serving transportation agencies, municipalities, and private-sector clients throughout Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee. Under his leadership, the company achieved significant growth, generating $8.3 million in revenue and $2.62 million in EBITDA at the time of acquisition.

Harsha’s expertise spans strategic planning, operational excellence, financial management, business development, and organizational leadership. As a licensed Professional Engineer in Kentucky, he combines technical knowledge with executive-level business experience, making him a valuable addition to Geospan as the company continues to scale its technology and expand into new markets.
